It was with great anticipation that Frank Hennessey awaited his stallion, H Mobility H, to enter the arena on Friday evening. The Equidome was rather crowded as it generally is during the Scottsdale Show, accommodating exhibitors and the large masses of general public spectators in daily attendance. Mobility was to enter the ring in his championship debut in the Open English division, finally graduating from a Junior Horse, where he had previously adorned National Top Ten honors, along with a 2009 U.S. Reserve National Championship in the English Pleasure Futurity. After unanimously winning the English Pleasure Stallion class the Wednesday before, both Frank and Joel Kiesner, Mobility’s trainer, had high expectations that Mobility would perform well against the other class winners, rising to the top in the Championship that night. When the time came, those expectations were met. Mobility entered the ring in his general commanding fashion and stood out for the remainder of the class. When the champion honors were named, H Mobility H and Joel Kiesner wore the number….1094, and the roses that came with a unanimous championship ride.

“I couldn’t have been more thrilled,” says Frank Hennessey, “to begin Mobility’s open competition year with such a huge win, is outstanding!”

In addition to the thrill of beginning the show year a Scottsdale Championship bang, Frank also awaits a handful of anticipated H Mobility H foals to be born to the Hennessey program in the Spring. Included in this crop will be foals out of Gai Fiera Prima (by Gai Fiera Bey), Ellusion of Magic (by Magic Dream CAHR) and the much anticipated foal out of U.S. National Champion Country Pleasure Jr. Horse, Casting Crowns (by Apollopalooza).

“We have great pride in the accomplishments H Mobility H has made in the show ring, “ says Frank Hennessey, “but we truly are excited about his potential as a sire.”

Hennessey Arabians will await the H Mobility H foal crop while continuing his stallion promotion and 2012 show preparation for the U.S. Nationals. Watch for H Mobility H foals on our news page, and watch for his stellar open English Pleasure performances during the regional show season as he prepares to ride for the roses in October.
