Small Frank Hennessey~ The driving force behind Community Philanthropy Programs

The young philanthropists Brad Rogers ~ Ocala Star-Banner / March 11, 2012 Charity isn’t just about doing good, it’s also about feeling good. I mean, admit it, for all the humility we are supposed t o show when we do a charitable act, the reality is it makes us feel darn good to help our fellow man. Just ask Luis Ortiz, an Ocala philanthropist who recently helped raise money for H.U.G.S., a charity benefitting cancer patients and their families. “With this, you see how much you can help the community be better, and not just within yourself,” he told me this week. Welcome to Hennessey Arabian

Frank & Carol Hennessey discovered a passion when they met and fell in love with the Arabian breed. As they began to settle into retirement in 2006, Frank & Carol moved into their new found passion and created a heaven of their own at Hennessey Arabians -- a serene and beautiful home for the Arabian mare. Their mission is to develop, maintain and share a place of no pressure, where the Arabian mares of the farm, along with their foals will dictate the environment in which they live. They have made a home and a haven for the animals that have touched their own lives and they wish to share the experience with you.
